First, you have to search the video that you want to insert in youtube and click on it like if you want to watch it. Then, you have to click on "Share" (the one with the arrow, NOT the one next to insert) and new options will appear. You must choose "Insert" (the button between "share" and "send by email".
You will see a link, you have to select it and then copy it.
After that, you have to go back to blogger. You have to click on "HTML" and paste the link.
Finally, you go back to the normal page by clicking on "Write" (redactar) and (as you can see here), the video will already be there.
